I am the HR Manager at Ambit Software and I'm writing this review in response to one of the recent reviews posted by a certain Mr. Hiten Singh.

I have to write a review as Google Reviews doesn't have a feature yet to respond to a review directly.

Ambit Software has been into existence for more than a decade now and has employed many people over the decade long span, including people who have been working or have worked with Ambit for 10+ years.
The employees working within the organization have concerns which they raise with the HR team and are addressed by the Management at the earliest possible.

Mr. Hiten Singh, who came in for an interview and in the process spent about 2 hours in the office, has written an elaborate review about the company, the CEO, its employees and an HR team member (Not me). It seems like Mr. Hiten was not happy with the interview process, which is understandable, as our interview process is stringent and can be tough for some candidates. But, it is an extremely important step for Ambit's future and the HR team member & the CEO (who took out time to interview this candidate) are merely doing their jobs as part of the interview process.

While Mr. Hiten or any other candidate is entitled to an opinion and the internet makes it extremely easy for them to share their opinion, the results of the interview process are not to be taken personally to form an opinion and certainly do not invite negativity against the company OR it's people.
This negativity is unfair and therefore should be avoided.

In conclusion, Ambit Software's management team is continuously working towards making it the best place to work. We wish the best for all the candidates (whether selected OR rejected), who take out their time to attend our interview process.
