I called the place asking to move some merchandise...

I called the place asking to move some merchandise just a few minutes ago. The person who answered the phone stated that they couldn t understand me and hang up on me while I was trying to explain that the phone was on speakerphone. I immediately tried to call back but they wouldn t answer the phone.
Perhaps because I have an accent? Whatever it was they were very rude.
