Tried to make an appointment online to buy a van and they ended up being closed that day even though the sales person assured me on the phone they would be open on Memorial Day. Ended up buying a van somewhere else the same day. They call the next day and I tell them I decided to buy a van somewhere else. The person on the phone complete ignores me and continues to try and sell me the van and what kind of deal I can get for the car I already traded. I told her several more times we already traded the car and bought a van and she only continued so I had to hang up the phone. They called me 5 times the same day and once a day since asking me to come and buy their car. Terrible customer service, I would never recommend this to anyone.
