I have been going to this office for a couple months now - while I would appreciate a doctor who would more openly discuss things with me rather then typing on the computer. I stay for the convenience and the staff. They are polite, HONEST and helpful. I needed referrals for specialist - I am new to the area so I asked and they gave me a list that take my insurance! Specifically, Kristen is amazing at drawing blood. I HATE HATE HATE needles and giving blood and she made me feel calm. She went about her job while having a regular conversation with me and completely distracting me from the fact that she was even taking blood. She is beyond fantastic.
