It took me 1 hour and 36 minutes to have my landlines removed from my account. I am so sick of Time Warner. They do not have any form of customer service.

Follow Up: Dropped the digital box off over a week ago in a drop box on the Outer Loop in Louisville, they still do not have any record of the drop off.... Good going TWC.
