Awful customer service!! I had to terminate my ser...

Awful customer service!! I had to terminate my service because I moved. It took 3 calls to get a box to return the items. Then, after FIVE calls and 2 1/2 months, I still don t have my refund. Every time I call, I get a different answer. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I m told there are none available. Are they deliberately trying to steal my money?
