I discovered "Omega Cookies" about 5 years ago. I needed a quick, easy, HEALTHY breakfast that I could eat at my desk. Paired with a cup of green tea and a crispy apple, the cookie gave me a well-rounded start on the day, and could hold me until lunch time. The underlying benefit was/is the omega-3 fish oil contained in each cookie, but totally undetectable by taste or smell. Over the years I have consumed well over 1,000 cookies. This and other healthy lifestyle commitments have kept my blood pressure low, my weight decent and metabolism working. Fortunately I live where these gems are available at the weekly farmers market, or direct from their production facility.
