Just walked out-- receptionist rude, hotel stairs VERY DIRTY- dirty soiled linen all over the corridor. That's before entering the room. The room STANK (STALE SMOKE) NO way was I going to stay . I
Suggestion- quality assurance audits/ secret shoppers- and
staff training !!
