We received a call and a text notification stating we had a balance due. Both my husband and myself called multiple times and tried to pay the bill. Each time we called, they insisted we did not have a balance. A month later we received a notice that our account had been turned over to a collections agency. We were shocked. I tried to call the office today and speak to a supervisor. I left a message for a return call, but nobody has called me back. I also left a voicemail for LaDonna Brandon (who has commented on many of these reviews), but I did not get a return call. I am waiting to speak with someone who can assist. Very poor customer service. Highly disappointed.
