I rarely write negative reviews but I was so appalled at how my client was treated at this facility that it has haunted me. I am a doula and was hired by a young woman who wanted a natural/unmedicated birth. In my opinion she was not treated with respect. I strongly believe that she did not understand the procedures that were done to her or feel they were necessary. I pushed back as much as I am allowed but it didn't help. In my opinion this young mom felt robbed of the experience she wanted. She seemed heartbroken. At her postpartum visit she told me how traumatizing this experience was for her and that she did not feel respected. I will be encouraging future clients to not birth at this facility.
