My visit was good entering and leaving. The reception looked beauty was very help and informative. She is very professional and clear about procedure and guided to how to sign in. The escort was great, and fun. My mother look very nice and was in good spirits she had no complaint. When it was time to leave the Escorts was professional and supportive. Although the visit was only 30 minutes the space out doors was clean and set up nicely very pretty with the garden. We took pictures had lunch and exercise her gifts she enjoyed. It s been a year and two months, I m grateful for a supportive Team at Harlem Rehabilitation Center. We are definitely in this together to win, it s a new day and system I m happy to know This Nursing home is doing everything for the residence comfort and family who visit, prayers for all you 1st responders here and all around.
