Before arival we were told our room would be ready...

Before arival we were told our room would be ready, for early arrival, it was not.Then our bands did not work. We were in the far back of the resort. The maid did not speak any English. When we got in our room it was dirty! I would like to say that the front desk staff did do their best to accommodate our needs! They were very friendly, and helpfull explaining our new bands and helping us to enjoy our time left at the resort, as we are anual pass holders.
