My mom had a little incident with a snafu on shoe exchange from the Redmond store and boy, is the owner ON IT. I hope I do the same for my customers!!!!! Super impressed with their level of customer service AND their fitting. There is not an equal (or even close) in the Seattle area! Thanks, Ty! You rock, my mom is super happy and relieved that she doesn't have to find another store! An impossible task!
