If I could give them zero stars I would!! Stay away from them!!! I bought a Genesis Coupe from them in 2014 (third Genesis Coupe, Fifth vehicle in total) and was officially fed up after they switched owners. Every time my wife or myself went in for an oil change we were hassled about every single service item under the sun needing replaced or it would void our warantee. Never have I heard of a cabin air filter or tire rotation (4k miles on tires) voiding out a warantee! After my wife was ruthlessly told off about her "negligence" as it pertains to her cabin air filter, we both decided to get new vehicles all together. Now the fun part begins, refund on GAP. The refund process started in March and her's was just now refunded last Thursday (6/15) THREE and 1/2 months later (after being told it would only take 30 days to submit and receive the refund) and while our paperwork was lost 3 different times. Mine was done through Orion but was denied because Hyundai neglected to disclose the fact Orion has a 90 day policy from purchase date on their GAP refunds. You would think that a dealership would disclose this information or at least find this out within the 30 days it takes for the refund process to complete.
I will NEVER own another Hyundai product nor will ever buy anything from Wolfchase Hyundai again, I only wish Joanne would move to one of the dealerships that my wife and I bought our new vehicles from as she is the only person we will miss there.
