DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I just got a disconnect notice and it is for an overdue balance. I have proof on my smarthub app that I paid 570 between the 28th and the 30th of October. It is a "security deposit" they want me to pay that is 2,300$. They also told me it is 65 and older for them not to shut off your electric during the winter. It says online on puc.NH.gov that you cannot be disconnected during the winter for non payment of a security deposit or portion of a security deposit. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Unfortunately some of us don't have a choice and are told that we can "only use NHEC" for electric where I live.
