Not happy with the San Leandro Ford. Brought my 2017 Ford F-350 to get an oil change and filters replaced. I drive out now my advance trac / Hill descent and Hill assist earning lights came on. The then I bring it back so they can diagnose the issues! Their telling me it s my lift that causing the issue and will have to drop it regular height so they can do more diagnostic check!!! I got my truck out and will never ever go to that store. Top it off there was scratches on both sides of my truck when I picked it up. My attorney will get a hold of them for the damages and filed to Better Business Bureau. Very unhappy the way they treat their customers.
