Super easy ordering and curbside pick up process during a global pandemic. Communication above and beyond any expectation I would have had. I will definitely suggest BGI to anyone looking to purchase a bicycle or for expert help regarding bicycles. I can't wait for the COVID-19 mess to be over so that I can come in and meet the BGI folks face to face.
