This company is dishonest, and untrustworthy. My company was overcharged during our contract. Which we couldn't cancel until our term was up, and now for 3 years after we returned the terminal which we paid an exorbitant amount of money for we are still being charged every month and we can't stop it unless we shut our bank account down . When I try dealing with the situation with the leasing company that they use the seller was ignorant and even swore at me and hung up the phone. I tried speaking to my sales person who originally involved me with this company and they said sorry my hands are tied I can't do anything for you.

Since we switched to moneris which is an amazing company, who have much better rates than firstdata and no contract, great service and friendly honest people who are a pleasure to work with . I recommend moneris Chevy small business looking for merchant services.
