Amazing customer service and product was personalized just as I ordered on website .Loved the follow-ups on mail ,lady was courteous and polite on the calls and chats too. The gift was amazing just as I imagined it. My order was promptly responded which was great as I had my phone on roaming but they still called to confirm the final product. Packaging was on point and loved the small note that was offered to be placed with the gift . My official gift bank ,I recommend to everyone and especially those far from home instead of buying gifts and shipping them Purpink is so much easier and they have sentimental gifts .
