Sent me two different ball joints when I ordered m...

Sent me two different ball joints when I ordered my moog ball joints. Looked it up and they are aware of the problem but don't care. They will refund me for the price but not shipping and can't guarantee that they can sell me the part they advertised. It's "not their problem" because it's the same part number. The three five balljoint they sent me instead is obviously lower quality than the moog one... I just spent $500 on parts, I should be able to get what was advertised.

Not to mention the one moog ball joint they did send me came in crushed taped up packaging missing the castle nut. Just here hoping that someone from Rockauto reads this and realizes they just lost a customer for good.

Misrepresented parts. Poor service.
