I spent a half hour tracking down the right alternator for my truck, filling out the shipping info and payment info, and when I hit the submit order button, I was told they couldn't ship to my address because they couldn't split out state and local taxes. Really? You're a mail order business! Catch up with technology, or lose more customers like me.
