We visited here as we had some discount vouchers for adults and children (I am not sure I would have paid full price to visit). When I rang to book the tickets the lady told me to book an allocated time slot for part of the exhibition. It was booked for 10.30 and we arrived at 9.30 as we were advised to look around the rest of the attraction prior to our tour (self guided)....however all you can really actually look around is the shop and the cafe. My advice is to not arrive until the start of your tour otherwise you will be bored! The factory is great to look around and there are lots for the children to see and do! We were given 5 free bars of chocolate each during the tour which was more than enough! Take your own lunch as they have covered picnic areas!
