I recently stopped in for an oil change only because of an ecoupon. A reservation was made and the auto was promptly taken in. Of coarse, taking in the vehicle included the usual sales pitch for extra services.
As part of their oil service you receive a fluid level check, air filters check and brake inspection. All of these services were provided, partially. When I arrived at home, two of my hubcaps were only partially in place. This led me to inspect the rest of the work. I popped the hood and found grease under the hood around the latch, fluids were not topped off, two latches for the air filter were not locked down. The next day I wanted to replace the cabin filter, only to find the filter compartment dismantled with the pieces laying in the glove box. If you choose to use universal toyota for service, I highly recommend inspecting the work before you leave. Furthermore if they are so careless about an oil change, can you really trust them with major work, ie brakes, tuneup etc.
