I thought that the sales people at S.E. Needham did an excellent job at explaining everything and really giving us the choice to choose the ring that we wanted. We even selected the diamond that fit us best.
I was not to impressed with the man's band though. It is made out of titanium but got scratched up pretty bad after only several days of wearing it and I wasn't even doing anything rough with my hands. I thought that titanium was one of the hardest metals on earth? They failed to mention anything about it getting scratched SUPER fast and I wouldn't have gone with this band if I knew that was going to happen.
