I bought outdoor furniture from Neoteric Luxury and unfortunately, I can't say I am completely satisfied. The quality is decent but there are some design flaws that are quite noticeable. The customer service was average, nothing exceptional. Overall, I would rate Neoteric Luxury as an average choice for luxury outdoor furniture.
