I used the online website. I gave them one star because it took a lot of time waiting for the test shirt. The size was so off. They wanted me to launder the shirt and then send it back for adjustments. So even more time waiting for a shirt. I could not justify spending more time to get a shirt. They were good about giving me a refund. I still on planning on getting all my shirts custom made, I am just going to find a place that can get my size right, when I have myself measured, and I tell them I want a slim fit. I do not want it billowing around the waist and sleeves. This isn't the 80's.
