Summer vacation 2019 booked to Dominican Republic ...

Summer vacation 2019 booked to Dominican Republic via Price-free. after a deposit of 50% we have received a confirmation email. it stated that the booking was on request and that they first had to check with another organization whether the booked holiday was still possible for the price we had booked for.

After a few days we received an email from some trainee that the vacation as booked would finally go on.
However, 20 minutes later we received an e-mail from someone else from Prijsvrij that the booked trip would be considerably more expensive. As a result, we were offered an alternative with a day less and a change of airport. furthermore this would be for us without additional costs.

After accepting this offer, we discovered a few days later that the luggage was no longer included (this was previously). To our surprise, we found that the suitcases cost no less than EUR 200.- pp return (with 4 and therefore EUR 800)

After having had contact back and forth with great difficulty we were able to ensure that 3 suitcases were still reimbursed (instead of 4).

Conclusion: when you book a holiday you want to be able to live there without worry. This was not the case with us at Priceless. There are also prices on the website that are often incorrect.

First and certainly our last time at Prijsvrij.
