We got our water bill on auto-payment and from a point after the Pandemic starts, The autopay stopped taking money out. We did not know why so We called Epcor and was told that the bill will be split into future payment and we would not have to worry that the water being shut down. However the autopayment never resumes and we got water shutdown eventually. We called customer service again and was told the case is different now and we have to pay the balance owed. We cleared the balance immediately as we were never intented not paying because we had the automatic payment. We were then told even with the payment it takes 48 hours to resume the water service. We have a family of 6 in the house and we had no idea what the life will be like without water! I would like someone please look into that and have our water back as soon as possible
