I recently took my Ford in to get some noise in the engine checked out. The service manager helped me out and was super nice. The service techs were really quick in finding the problem and I was called and explained the issue and possible ways of fixing it. The man who called me was really nice, and was able to explain to me the details when I was unclear of them. They were able to fix it as fast as they could and there was no hassles when I picked up the vehicle. When I picked it up, everyone was so nice! A shuttle driver opened the door for me and the people at the service desks greeted me with a smile. It was a great atmosphere in there. They seemed to be getting a lot of business so I can't wait for them to move to Ellerslie and have more space. The Ford dealership I went to before overlooked the engine problem, even when I asked to get it looked at, but at Gateway Toyota it was fixed fast! I will DEFINITELY be a returning customer.
