Very bad loan servicing service. Always slow to answer calls, and when they do answer nobody knows anything or how to help you. When we refinanced our loan they were not supposed to charge us for 1 month and they did anyways. When we looked for information about COVID they submitted and application for this even though we called and told them like 20 times we didn t want it. This whole time it has been a mess with them, thank goodness we switched lenders.
