Firstly the location is perfect with a fantastic bar (bear and lace) right outside and I can't fault the staff, they were all very friendly. The price for an evening was really good value but you get what you pay for as the decor is dated and the cleanliness isn't good in the rooms. It's definitely in need of a refurb but if your looking to spend little time in the room and you want a cheap central hotel with friendly staff this is the place.
