I had the opportunity to make a purchase from out of town, which is a scary thing in the first place because so many things can go wrong... But many great people here made the process go very smoothly.

I'm from Illinois, and it's very hard for us to get Prius Primes. You need to order and wait currently 9 months... I was lucky enough to find out from my friend Mauricio at Magnussen's that they get them through all the time, and with a scheduled business conference in San Francisco, I could come out and get one.

Many thanks to Raj Singh for handling the initial order and preparations, and Divas Dahal on day of delivery - He spent an insane amount of time demonstrating and training me on all the amazing features on what thus far has been a great car. Lisa and Chinh worked out all the financing details and everything turned out even better than I hoped it would!

All in all I was very impressed with everyone's professionalism and happiness to assist. I had worried if anything went wrong I'd have no way home from CA, and they all made sure not only that didn't happen, but that I am a super-satisfied customer. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a new vehicle!
