My service technician, Ryan, was very thorough with my regular AC maintenance check. He also explained very well the problem I was having with a dehumidifier and made sure to note this issue for future service call. I ve had Service One for 13 years and have never had a problem getting things fixed. All of my technicians have been fantastic!
