These people could care less. Terrible service... ...

These people could care less. Terrible service... non-existent is more like like it! Our hot tub needed some repair work. Emailed service request. No response. Went to store in person but nobody there that day could (would) help. Called the following week and was told to leave message. No return call. Called twice the following week...."will be there tomorrow"... Nobody EVER showed up or even called! These people are AWFUL-- stay away!!!
