Jim Irwin made me and my mother feel welcome and he made us joke around and have a great time even when we were not able to find the right SUV. But Jim kept on looking even when I was rude because I had given up. but he went across the street and found the PERFECT ONE!!! I was overjoyed. Thank you Jim!!!!
