We loved as we were arriving that the hotel is literally right across the street from the river, centrally located, really the perfect spot.
What we really LOVED about the place was the staff. Kim at the front desk was particularly amazing, she spent each day with us going through ideas of day trips, looking at our guide book and helping map out things which were NOT the typical way to do it, and they all proved to be great ideas. She was incredibly helpful and so warm and lovely. The entire staff was really great, from the people who run the bar/restaurant to Chloe who was running breakfast each and every morning with a smile. We had a great experience.
