In October I purchased an S5 from Ricky Reed. The service and ease of doing business was among the best I've experienced. Ricky was attentive to what I was looking for, didn't pressure me into something I didn't need or didn't want, and was exceptional in his follow through.

Customers ultimately vote with their wallets and although I'm also giving Ricky (a Marine Corp veteran) and Audi Plano a 5 star rating here, I returned last week and purchased a new Q5 for my wife. Same great experience, same great service.

Sorry Ricky....that's all the cars I need for now :)
