I just had an over 3 hr session during which the technician whose name I do not know did an amazing job sorting out my problem to perfection. This was customer support at its very best. I am quite computer savvy but this technician did a remote into my Mac which had Windows running as well and sorted out the problem. Saved the day. Thank you Neat and to the technician. I VOTE SHE GETS A BIG RAISE~
