I've been using the Omega3 oil for over three year...

I've been using the Omega3 oil for over three years and love it. It is sometimes hard to know if something is working but given my family history of joint issues and heart problems and the fact that I am in my 70's with none of these issues I believe indicates that the Omega3 oil is working for me.

Also the cookies are great. I especially love the cranberry ones.
