I started out not knowing what I was doing. First week: (June) burpees. Headstands. And feeling pretty awesome about it. I know I can say that I have done things here that I didn t think I could do. But now I am an athlete. Last week I flipped a tire. I thought that only happened on the biggest loser. There is friendships here. Encouragement here. The owner Ali saw I was in a slump last week and said she would come in and workout if I came in and worked out. They push you past your limit. And I m ready for more. Never say you can t do anything til you try. And then try again. Try until you stop trying and do it. Then you can t say it. Every coach here cares about you. I love the small classes because you get more one on one time. They really care about your form so it doesn t cause you injury. It.
