I wish I could give this place zero Stars. I received a new vehicle with no floor mats and no owners manual and no one with the integrity to even go out and get them. They were quick to go to another dealership to pick up the vehicle and make the sale but not to actually go back and get the floor mats or the owner's manual. I went in with a pre-approval and still had a difficult time. I spent four hours there with a pre-approval and the vehicle that I already wanted and still didn't get the price that's listed on the internet. I would not recommend Lakeland Dodge Chrysler Jeep to anyone.
