I just wanted to share my recent experience with Midwest Automation.
I purchased one of their Mini 9 i belt sanders in June of 2019. I could not have been more impressed with the level of service or the quality of their machines. I had plenty of questions over the phone and through email, all were answered honestly and promptly. When I ordered their were no surprises or up sells. The machine was ready when they said it would be and they rolled out the red carpet when I arrived to pick it up. They gave me a comprehensive training and, from the owner to the folks in the shop, they treated me like an old friend.....they truly went above and beyond. A wonderful experience and I HIGHLY recommend this business, for their awesome customer service and the quality of their equipment.
