Happy with the service but not cost. Our garbage disposal broke and needed to be replaced I was on way to work in the city so couldn t see or approve before work was done. My wife said it cost over $800 for the replacement. I called and asked for a line-item invoice but was told they don t provide they charge a flat fee for service and labor. The only reason to charge a flat fee and not provide breakout is to hide the cost from clients. $800 seems very expensive for a garbage disposal replacement. Can anyone clarify cost for me??
