Great place for kids! The pool is fantastic. The front desk and cafe staff were amazing. The housekeeping staff and grounds crew could have been better when interacting with guests, but it is a value resort so based on that, it was not bad. In the cafe, my only complaint was the soda drink fountains... they were always filthy. I know with the amount of use they were getting it's probably hard to keep them clean, but they definitely need to come up with something to make it better... We passed on using them, and opted for bottled drinks.
