The Aria buffet is so outstanding that I try to visit every time I'm in town. Very nice service and a shorter line than other premium buffets, but what really draws me back is the food. Always several dishes that are better than most restaurant fare, plus the ability to sample so many of them. It's a little pricey unless you can find a deal, but definitely worth it.
