The service technician, Charles James, did a good job, but I am frustrated with John Moore Services as a company. When I bought an air conditioner in 2014 with a life time warranty I did not realize that it meant little or nothing. I was concerned with the poor job that was done installing the unit, the fact that the workers had failed to install $8000 worth of duct work when they had "finished" the job. I also had to call them back to repair the ladder to the attic which they had destroyed and left that way when they "finished"! The problems have continued ever since. This is a very expensive company to deal with and the life time warranty that I bought only means that I am indentured to their very expensive services to keep the warranty.
