I have been a guest at Four Points Sheikh Zayed Rd since 2011.
My family loves this place because it is simply the best upscale family hotel in Dubai!
The staff at this hotel is top notch. Breakfast is not only excellent but is exceptional in the varaities that suits everyone.
Staff is the main drive to attract my kids to this hotel. They are friendly, polite and do their job with passion.
If there is more than five stars I would definitely give the hotel, management and staff.
