Please have patience with this company! I went through what a lot of you are experiencing and got very angry. I cancelled and reordered my product and have fully received my order. It was hard for me to get in with contact them last year but was thankfully able to get through. My products came fast and are beautiful! Please please please just be patient. I failed to do so and misjudged this company but I can guarantee you won t be disappointed with there product. God bless
