I had called several companies to find a fix for a window with a mangled sash and broken glass. Several recommendations to replace window with a wait time of more than 3 weeks. One estimate topped $1000. Thompson's repaired the sash and replaced the glass in one day and at a fraction of the cost. Owner was straight forward and explained how she fixed it and how installation works. Will definitely use again whenever I have an issue with glass.
