The only advantage of this hotel is its position in relation to the train station. And yet there are many others.
In summary, this is a hastily redecorated 1970s hotel.
The rooms are small, poorly appointed, with the bare minimum and extremely noisy. As a bonus you may have a fire alarm as a wake-up call.
